Small Lock-N-Lock hidden Florida style.
Another cache in a series of squadrons I was attached to during my 28 year Navy career. VA-164 was commissioned at Cecil Field, Florida, but I didn't get assigned to it until it changed homeport to NAS Lemoore, Ca. In 1970 the squadron flew the A4 Attack aircraft and flew off the decks of the USS Hancock. At the time we flew the oldest planes off of the oldest carrier in the Navy. We completed three cruises to Vietnam during the three years I was attached to this squadron and during that time I was promoted from airman to Second Class Petty Officer. I spent the entire tour working out of the ordnance shop loading bombs and guns on the flight deck.
