TrekNTerry: Due to a dispute between SCE and the City of Chino Hills, I've decided to archive this cache so there's no chance it could be seen to be hazardous for SCE workers or Chino Hills residents. It is on the right-of-way for the new SCE power lines being installed and also on a Chino Hills published city trail map. The conflict is over the size of the project and the potential health hazards and loss of property values it may cause the local residents.
