The Harbour Authority has the responsibility of enforcing rules and regulations regarding use of the port by all watercraft. They also set and collect port fees. In Borden, for example, anchorage is $ 15.00 per day at the maintained pier.The rather run-down building close to this cache is the Borden Harbour Authoriity's property. You can safely park quite close to cache.. this not a busy road.
