Hillview Reserve is a good little spot to take the dogs for a run while you grab a cache! Although not an official 'leash free area', dogs are none-the-less allowed.
It's a cruisey walk from the carpark (Boundary Rd.), although the cache itself is a little on the physically difficult side - but you'll work that out when you get there! Oh, and maybe bring a big pair of trusty tweezers with you if you have 'sausage fingers'...
If you are without pets and feel like a longer walk, this reserve joins an entrance to the Arthurs Seat State Park - lots of hills!
If you're bringing small children, note there is an unfenced dam.
I believe there may be council plans to eventually make this reserve into a BMX track with various amenities. I'm certain the cache would survive such a park development, but I'll keep an eye on it and change any dog-friendly references as and if required.
