A very easy cache on the Not-So-Mighty Franklin.
The Franklin River is one of the most famous in Tasmania. It's beautiful and scenic and attracts many tourists. But this isn't it.
This is the Franklin Rivulet, and is otherwise unrelated to it's better known cousin. Still, it's not unusual to see gullible tourists stopping here to take photos thinking they have found the famous Franklin.
This is my first cache - so quite an easy one. It's a drive-by and shouldn't give any trouble. Just watch out for locals who think you've been fooled by the river's name (that happened to me while scouting for the cache drop).
The cache is the standard sistema style, and contains a note-book and some swaps.
