Feb 2012 update: Work here is done so I stopped to put a new temp container out. There will be muggles! El Cajon Civic Center. Tried to find a spot away from the view of cameras and muggles, but good luck here... after hours may just be necessary. You'll have a good vew of the new Cop Shop. I did not coin that word... I read it in the San Diego Union Tribune.
