Geocache Description:

There is a very nice multi use trail around Northlands Golf Course.
Enjoy this trail in Mount Seymour Provincial Park as it passes through small streams and many trail intersections of the vast Seymour trails network.

Please note fist to find (FTF) gets a coffee on me.
There is a $5.00 coffee card in the cache

Washrooms: near “Old Buck Trail Head”
Time: the trail round trip should take you about 1 hour to complete

There is a very nice multi use trail around Northlands Golf Course.
Enjoy this trail in Mount Seymour Provincial Park as it passes through small streams and many trail intersections of the vast Seymour trails network.
During the winter months the trail has muddy and rocky sections.
There are several spots where you can stop and watch the golfers.
Also great views from the club house (nice place to visit).

One of the trail access points is 3/4 of the way up Taylor Creek Place
(walking only, no bikes). GPS reading: N49°19.441 W122°58.474

There is the “Old Buck Trailhead” parking lot on Anne Macdonald Way.
You can also use this trail access point if you are mountain biking.

You can also access the perimeter trail from the lower side of the golf course, just South of 1281 Pargate Ave N49°18.996 W122°58.474. There is lots of street parking, or there is a large parking lot at the end of Pargate Ave. Follow the path on the South side of the golf course, go north on the trail at N49°19.090
W122°59.101.

No matter where you start there are paved paths that will bring you back to where you started. The paved paths are on the East side of the park at the end of Parkgate Ave. This paved path will take you up to Anne Macdonald Way or down to Pargate Ave.
