Tour de Austin : a celebration of cyling in Austin,

Green Jersey : Many bicycle stage races have a secondary
classification that awards points for high finishes in a stage and
for winning intermediate "hot spot" sprints, especially during the
flat stages of the race. The points classification is widely
thought of as the "sprinter's competition," since the riders
generally remain together in one large peloton during flat stages,
leaving those with the fastest acceleration at the end to fight for
the stage win. The rider with the most points at the end of each
stage receives a ceremonial green bicycling jersey and the right to
start the next stage in the green jersey.
Shoal Creek Drive is an excellent long, flat, downhill bike
route.
The redirector is near the north end of Shoal Creek Drive.
Please rehide it as well you found it so it won't be seen.
The final is near the creek in the general area of 38th
Street.
