Sister City Revisited Traditional Cache

This cache is located in Charleston's Sister City Park. It replaces a nearby one that was muggled several times.
This park is very busy on occasion, particularly in the evening when numerous sporting events for the kids are being held so beware of the muggles. Not too far from the cache is a nice pavilion and children’s playground. I have a special feeling for this park because my colleague, Dr. B., planned some of the original landscaping and he and I planted some of the shrubs on the grounds.
Please replace the container carefully so that subsequent cachers may enjoy the hunt. First Finder will enjoy seeing a small denomination silver certificate inside the log book.
