Located off Ottumwa's walking trail and by Ottumwa's Dog park. Bring the geodog to help you sniff out the cache, and after you've made the find, let him meet some new friends while you possibly make some friends of your own.
The Bark Park is an off-leash dog park that was created entirely by donations. The city/public works only approved park space for the privately funded fence/infrastructure, and made no other contributions. It is an attraction that Ottumwa has something to be proud of.
The park is open to the public, however, all dogs must be up to date on vaccines and owner is responsible for removing any waste that they, or their best friend drop in the grass.
At night the part of the trail by GZ provides a nice view of downtown Ottumwa's city lights.
