Geocache Description:

Welcome to Jewels of Caching Challenge. This challenge was inspired by challenges placed by Caching Grouchos.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but should be easy to find.

The challenge is to Find and log 24 caches with a precious jewel in the name (Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, etc). The caches used for this challenge can be found anywhere.

Please list all 24 caches in your log. Example: 1) GC1JA19-Shoal Creek Diamond-date found

Please bring your own pen to sign the log.

Thanks so much for participating in the challenges.

I have had some questions as to what qualifies as Jewels, here is a list of what I came up with so far and it is not an exclusive list: Agate, Alexandrite, Amber, Amethyst, Apatite, Aquamarine, Beryl, Bloodstone, Cobalt, Coral, Diamond, Emerald, Garnet, Hematite, Ivory, Jade, Jasper, Krypton, Moldavite, Moonstone, Onyx, Opal, Pearl, Pyrite, Quartz, Ruby, Saffron, Sapphire, Topaz, Turquoise & Zircon

Congratualtions to mojedo on FTF.

When I came up with idea I didn't realize how few there were in the immediate area, I hope everyone is have as much fun as I am trying to find qualifiers without driving forever.
