Zillman's Waterholes are a series of deep water courses and ponds which flood after heavy rain. They are named after a pioneering Lutheran missionary who settled in the area in the mid 1800s.
These days Kedron is usually thought of as just the suburb of that name but the original Kedron Shire stretched all the way from Stafford to Bald Hills.
