At the above listed coordinates you will find a small plaque that commemorates something that somebody did.

This is a simple one step multi that is meant to be very easy to solve.

The terrain rating is given due to the fact that you will be on a small traffic island in the middle of a very busy intersection.

Car parking is best done on the southern side of the intersection

Once at the plaque find the date all the activities happened to workout the final coordinates.
