Came across this man-made park quite by chance and happened to have a Cache in my pocket, so pulled up, and placed "Babbling Banksia"
This Cache was going to be a traditional, P&G, but the park is very compact and worth taking a few moments to walk round, has some tranquil spots to sit and some interesting modern statues, so it grew to a Multi.
The posted coordinates will take you to a sign post.
You will need to simply count the number of times particular letters appear on this sign

U= The number of O's
V= The number of C's
W=The number of T's Plus the number of F's
X=The number of F's Minus the number of T's
Y=The number of N's Plus the number of C's
Z= The number of O's Minus the number of Y's
These coords will lead you to a small info sign that displays a 10 digit phone number.
Label the last six digits of the phone number A-F
The Cache can then be found at:

The Cache is a traditional bison style tube, it just contains a log, so please bring your own writing utensil.
