le long de votre parcourt.
Le circuit d'environ 2,5 Km peut être fait à pied, en moins de 2
heures, au départ de l'Esplanade Charles de Gaulle (Waypoint:
PARKING).
This series of six caches introduce to you Lure, the city of
Sapeur Camember.
A 7th Bonus cache is open. Do not forget to record clues from cache
to cache.
The circuit, about 1.5 Mi, can be done on foot in less than 2
hours. It starts from Esplanade Charles de Gaulle (Waypoint
PARKING).
Les premières traces de civilisation à Lure, datent de la fin de
l'Antiquité. On a retrouvé une mosaïque gallo-romaine du IIIe ou
IVe siècle.
Les historiens s'accordent cependant à faire remonter sa fondation,
par le moine irlandais Saint Colomban et à douze de ses disciples,
à 610...
Depuis sa fondation définitive au VIIe siècle, Lure dispose d'un
lieu de culte chrétien. Saint Desle y fonde un oratoire qui donnera
plus tard naissance à un monastère, puis à une puissante abbaye. Il
ne subsiste rien de cet édifice, vendu comme bien national en 1797
et détruit par l'acheteur pour récupérer les pierres de
taille.
Le christianisme est donc à l'origine de Lure et de son histoire.
C'est pour cela que nous commençons notre promenade Luronne par la
Chapelle de la Persévérance et l'Eglise Saint Martin reconstruite
après un incendie en 1720, avec une orientation modifiée de
90°.

The earliest traces of Lure civilization, dating from the end of
antiquity. We found a Gallo-Roman mosaic from the 3rd century or
4th century.
However, historians agree to trace its foundation by the Irish monk
St. Columban and twelve of his followers settled in the area,
610...
Since its founding in the 7th century, Lure has at one's disposal a
Christian place of worship. Saint Desle founded a chapel which
later gave birth to a monastery, then a powerful abbey. Nothing
remains of this building, sold as national property in 1797 and
destroyed by the buyer to recover the stones.
Christianity is the source of Lure and its history. That's why we
start our walk by La Chapelle de la Percéverance and St. Martin
Church rebuilt after a fire in 1720, with an orientation changed by
90 °.
