Welcome to Chester! This is one of six caches that will take you on a tour of Chester.
Welcome to a tour of Chester! The complete tour can be done by car or bike, but the most enjoyable way to get all six caches is to walk. If you do the caches in order, the Tour is a 3.5 mile loop and should take you about a hour and a half. The walk is split about 50-50 between sidewalks and town roads. The traffic on the town roads usually isn't too heavy, but please be careful and make sure you walk on the left facing the on-coming traffic. At one point you will be required to walk for about 50 yards along Rte. 148, which can be busy and the traffic tends to go faster. Please be very careful along that stretch of the Tour This cache is located in Laurel Hill Cemetery. The Cemetery provides a nice overlook of Chester Creek. This area has been plagued lately by beavers. If you look at some of the stumps nearby, you'll see evidence of their activity.
