To get till cache place first of all you need to find a statue of walrus wich is not placed inside in buildings.
After that you need to find out author of this sculpture birth (ABCD) and death (EFGH) years, year of this sculpture placement (IJKL) and some number (MNOP) who is written on plaque near sculpture.
Now once you have found all necessary information go to the point (JKL-MNO-CD+(K*O)+P) meters and of (I*(GH-EF-AB)) degrees of azimuth.
