Geocache Description:

This is one of only a few roundabouts that I am aware of in Houston. You'll have to become an insider to find the cache.

This is a very busy traffic circle which marks the eastern edge of the Memorial Park area, the western edge of the lower portion of the First Ward, and the northern edge of a neighborhood apparently called Rice Military.

You'll have to sneak your way into the inner circle for the cache. I realize that the muggle factor is ridiculous, but be as discreet as possible. Always replace the cache in exactly the same position and condition as you found it.

The cache is small but big enough for small items.
