anneandtony: Visited today and the hiding place has been damaged, so sadly time to archive this one. We're glad so many people enjoyed it.

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This area of the sea front was the location of the white faced art deco style holiday complex known as The Lido, built in 1936 and consisting of out-door swimming pools, tennis courts etc. It was demolished in 1967/68 to make way for the Mallon Dene housing estate.
This is the second of six caches that we have placed between Rustington and East Preston along the sea front.
The cache is on the grassy side of the wall, not the alleyway side. Please make sure it is wedged in firmly when you replace it.
