Nel corso del 2000 è stato inaugurato a Lutago il Maranatha, la più grande esposizione di presepi in Europa. Da quel momento il museo è stato costantemente ampliato e nel frattempo la parte esterna, le visioni di arte popolare ed i presepi nonché l'officina degli scultori del legno sono stati completamente rimessi a nuovo. Opere d'arte provenienti da diversi Paesi sono esposte nel giardino e in un'area espositiva di 1.300 m²

Im Jahr 2000 wurde in Luttach das Maranatha, die phantasievollste Krippenwelt Europas von der Fam. Gartner eröffnet. Seither wurde das Museum immer wieder erweitert. Auch der Außenbereich, die Visionen für Volkskunst und Krippen, sowie die Bildhauerwerkstatt, wurden vollkommen um- bzw. neu gestaltet. Im Blumengarten und auf gut 1.300 m² Ausstellungsfläche sind Kunstwerke aus verschiedenen Ländern ausgestellt. In zwei großen Schaukästen vor dem Eingang zum Künstler-Atelier sind in fabelhafter Miniatur Gebrauchsgegenstände für Haus und Hof, eine Miniatur Mühle und Schnitzwerkzeug ausgestellt. Jeder Besucher wird erstaunt sein zu sehen, wie viele Werkzeuge die Bauern früher selber in mühevoller Handarbeit hergestellt haben. Daneben zeigt eine Serie grob gearbeiteter Köpfe, wie sich die Schnitzkunst entwickelt hat.

In 2000 the Maranatha, the most imaginative nativity-scene-exhibition in the world, was opened in Luttach. Since then the museum has been expanded. The outside area, the concept of folk-art and nativity-scenes, as well as the wood-carvers workshop have been redesigned and redecorated. In the flower-garden and approx. 1,300 m² exhibition-area works of art from different countries are presented. Those who take a closer look can see the development of wood-carving from the beginning of tool-making and the root- and mask-carving to the modern sculpturing in Ahrntal of the present.
