Sabino Canyon - Take Good Notes!

Multi-stage cache that takes you on a 1 to 2 mile walking tour of the Sabino Canyon Open Space west of FR252 where you will encounter some interesting history.
Cache is not at given coordinates, but there you will find a sign that gives you a short History Overview of Sabino Canyon. Using this sign and instructions that are given at each stage, you can determine the coordinates of the next stage. For instance, in the 1st Paragraph, on the 3rd Line, the 3rd Word is "Sabino" which has 6 letters or 1P3L3W = 6. Note that hyphenated words, abbreviations and initials each count as one word. Also, 10-letter words have a value of 0 (zero).
Using this construct, the first stage is at N35 02.ABC and W106 20.DEF, where
A = 3P1L2W
B = 2P1L6W
C = 3P3L1W
D = 2P1L2W
E = 1P2L4W
F = 3P6L7W
The first three stages are camo'd matchholders with instructions leading you to the next stage. The final is a small camo'd container. All stages are in the Open Space west of FR252 and are placed so that a few inches of snow is not a problem (well maybe a little on the final stage). All stages are within 100-200 ft of the trail system and there is a gentle 100 ft elevation rise across the property. The difficulty rating is more for deciphering all of these codes (also, note the name of the cache); the caches are my usual kinds of hides.
