This sould be real easy, that is unless someone is seating on it. I set the difficulty at 2 because STEALTH is needed.

Finding the cache won't be difficult but retrieving it might if there is some muggles waiting for their turn to mosey up to the trough.
If you come early on a Sunday morning you may even see me at the trough. Cache is easy accessible, there is no need to disturb, tear apart, or dismantale anything at this location. One $ for FTF
