Everybody has seen the logos on the number plate surrounds on vehicles but do you read them?? this is a test to see if you do
Once the town, city or shire has been determined use the old fomula to convert letters to numbers ( A=1, B=2 -- -- Z=26 ) and then reduce to a single number ie: "The Place to be" = Victoria (If that's the case why are they in WA?? ) =97 =16 =7
