frisbee'r: ==================================

The No Trespassing signs are in place at the parking coordinates and elsewhere. I could change them to the corner of the Cabela's parking lot for easy access but that's not the right thing to do. It's obvious that the land owner restricted access to 4x4 and motorcycles. Too bad that includes foot traffic.

This has had a good run. Time to go.

Geocache Description:

About 15 years ago, this area of the county was heavily forested and remote considering it's proximity to I-5, and Lacey.

When I moved to Thurston County in 1975, I remember the old Herter's store nearby, the maze of 4x4 trails, and upland game bird blinds. Development is catching up dramatically.

Just follow the trail until your arrow makes a sharp right. You will have to bushwack through 50' or so of sparse old growth scotchboom that leads to a buffer of older trees, forest debris, and trails.
