Blue Box Program Traditional Cache
MADD Momma: Happy caching
More
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This is your first cache on The Mount Forest Walking Trail series. It is an all-season cache and an easy find. Extra stealth may be required in the summer months.
Leave your car at the parking cords supplied and after finding the cache, do your geo-thing and please replace the cache carefully. Hopefully while you are near the blue boxes, you may spot a bluebird or other feathered friend.
The cache is in a medium size jar covered with camo tape. Inside, you will find a log book, pencils and lapel buttons or pins to trade. If you don't have a pin or button on you, don't fret, leave something else as a trade. The main thing is to have fun.
If you wish to cache more in this area, follow the marked path (visible from the parking cords) to "Trailway Crossing" Enjoy the walk and if you're lucky, you may spot a deer or two.
The blue boxes were installed and are being maintained by The Mount Forest Walking Trail Committee, the group of volunteers that also takes care of the beautiful trail that you will enjoy today. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication to these fine projects.
