For My Friends Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

The Mighty Shark: I think this cache may well have been compromised judging by a couple of resent logs so I think it's time to put this one to bed.

At the time of posting this there are still 2 listed trackables

Honey's travelling Ted and Cachekinz, neither of which are in the cache, though I do know for a fact that Honey's travelling Ted has been picked up by thecrowshaws but they have not logged it out of the cache.
Unfortunately I have no idea where Cachekinz is so I will log it at missing. [:(]

Thanks for all who came to visit, I hope to see all your names at some possible new caches real soon [:D]

Geocache Description:

A cache dedicated to Bess's friends who kindly gave me this cache so a big thank you to Julie and Ray

I have been caching since 2005 and during that time I have made many new caching buddies.

Indeed I have made some very good friends, and even one very special friend whom I love dearly so this cache is simply my way of saying thank you to you all.

Of course you are still more than welcome to find this cache, even if I don't know you as that just makes you a friend I still have yet to meet

The cache is nothing too strenuous, in fact it's along a bridleway/footpath I use quite often during some of my lunchtime walks when I'm at work

I have added a couple of pics above, which shows basically the 2 possible routes to GZ.

If you approach from trailhead 1 (picture to the left or on top depending on your screen resolution) this is the much nicer route as you have to walk around the nature reserve, although you will eventually end up having to climb over four stiles so not really buggy or dog friendly.

If you approach from trailhead 2 (picture to the right or on bottom depending on your screen resolution) it's a much easier route and I would even say buggy friendly as it's a tarmacked road for half way and the other half although being dirt track is usually quite good (apart from after heavy rain)

There are First, Second and Third to find certificates for the lucky three and as always, you get your names immortalised on the cache page for ever and ever

As one final note, I would also like to thank my P.A. Susan for checking for any typo's, what would I do without you?

ROLL OF HONOUR

1st :- Ghost House Three (As I half expected) laughing smileys

2nd :- The Haywood Hornet animal smileys

3rd :- Bess's Friends (confused about the stiles though) free smileys
