Hop to It! Traditional Cache
mid_atlanticism: The original hint was perfectly valid. If that many things were in the cache, one could deduce that it must be a micro container of a certain size, which narrowed down the potential hiding spots.
But the previous finder was quite right. This area has now been demolished by construction. Archiving.

This is a micro-cache placed as a tribute to a (very) nearby
university, the largest employer in Baltimore and also our current
institution. It's our first ever cache placement.
Parking is available near the cache, which is also very accessible
by public transit. Bring a pen.
Even though you might figure out quickly where the cache is, it
will probably be a challenge to retrieve unless you go early in the
morning or late at night (or perhaps on a weekend). There's a lot
of traffic and muggle activity at all other times. There is also a
security presence in the area, so do your best to be stealthy.
Cache location could definitely use some CITO help, and picking up
trash might actually make for a decent cover.
