All the parking that your little heart desires. Muggle's should not be a problem just don't be obvious. BYOP When you log write your favorite Chinese food :)

Also for those of you who persist with questioning the chinese food part a couple of years ago the same location was occupied by china buffet (look at the sign in the front the buffet is a difrent shade than the rest) now its sushi in the front and still has chinese in the back. Thank you for not continuing this further.
