Geocache Description:

Since we started caching this year we've done three caches in the front yards of other cachers. So we decided to put one up at the front of our own little estate and make this my first, and probably only, easy drive-by.

That way, I get more emails, and the wife gets assurances that I'll try to keep the front yard in some sort of order, just in case someone sees the state of it!

This is a one litre Sistema container well out of sight from the street, but an instant find just inside the gate to the right. There is no challenge here, only reward! So if you're looking for an easy smile this is your cache.

The house name derives from the original owner, Henry Hancock, a real estate agent, who had the house built in 1924, and therefore has nothing to do with our name. If you meet me, I am not Mr Hancock.

If we see you in our front yard we are likely to say hello, as we do like to meet other cachers. However, please don't knock on the door to see if we're home. You know how embarrassing that could be!
