This is my FORTH "Always" cache, and is located just off I88 outside the village of Cobleskill NY.
PLEASE use stealth when retrieving the cache! This is not as important here as in some of my more challenging "Always" locations, but even so, part of the difficulty rating takes in to account the fact that you may need to have some patience to do this one without being observed!
