Dans les années 1980 le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg a subi plusieurs 'Hold-Up' d'une manière extrèment violente et non-connu jusqu'à cette époque. Coup après coup les braqueurs devenaient de moins en moins scrupuleux, jusqu'à ce jour de fin octobre 1985 ou un Policier a été blessé mortellement par une balle, tirée par un des braqueurs.
La poursuite, spectaculaire et sans circonspection,a finalement mené à leurs arrestations. Les trois malfaiteurs ont été condamnés à perpétuité.

In den 80ern Jahren erlebte das Grossherzogtum Luxemburg eine Reihe brutaler Raubüberfälle, welche das Land bis dahin nicht gekannt hat. Die Uberfälle wurden immer skrupelloser bis an jenem Tag Ende Oktober 1985, wo eine Polizeipatrouille die Bankräuber überraschte. Die Täter nahmen die beiden Polizisten sofort unter Beschuss, wobei einer von ihnen tödlich getroffen wurde.
Den Tätern gelang die Flucht und es folgte eine spektakuläre und bis dahin beispielose Verfolgung, welche aber schlussendlich zur Festnahme der drei Bankräuber führte.
Die Täter wurden zur lebenslanger Haftstrafe verurteilt.

In the years after 1980 the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg endured several extremely violent “Holdups” perpetrated by the same group of offenders. Such cruel violence was unknown to our small country until this.
Crime after crime these perpetrators of the hold-ups became less and less scrupulous
end of October 1985, a young Police officer was deadly injured by one of their gunshots during a bank-robbery, but the dramatic and dangerous pursuit following this shooting, finally led to their arrests.
The three criminals were condemned to perpetuity.
