Welcome to the crossroads of Chamblee. Finding this cache may be tough due to the level of muggle activity, especially the traffic going by on this pair of busy roads. You'll have to avoid being detected by not only the drivers, but also MARTA patrons, Chamblee High School students, and pedestrians. With all of that, maybe the difficulty rating on this cache should be more than 2. However, the hiding spots here are not that numerous, so have fun!.
