Quick cache off Exit 33 on I-87 that is accessible from both north and southbound directions.
My GPS is usually pretty off but the hint is as exact as you can get without just logging the find without getting away from your keyboard.
It may be wheelchair accessible. I have never cached from a wheelchair so I cannot judge. If you are or do, please let me know how you make out.
