This is the second in a series commemorating swimming pools in the area. I used to go to one of these pools as a young kid, and as I got older I worked at each and every one of them. I’ll let you know if the pools are open to the public...go on in and have a swim (in the summer!)!
This is a nano cache located near another neighborhood pool I used to run when I was younger. This area can get very busy as it is located between two very large buildings that are part of a three building complex, The area is especially busy during pool season - stealth is of the essence. Also, parking here (like Forest Hills Plaza) is a LITERAL NIGHTMARE in this neighborhood. If at all possible walk to this cache. Also, please be wary of where you are, especially at night...the doormen keep a close watch of the area...
The pool is open during the summer and is open to the public. Just head right from the cache and head down the steps. The friendly folks at the front desk will surely be happy to help you out...in the summer of course!
THE CACHE IS NOT, I REPEAT, IS NOT LOCATED IN THE POOL AREA. THIS IS A 24/7 CACHE - NO ENTRY TO THE POOL REQUIRED.
