LavaLizard: We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that adequate permission exists to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. After reviewing the situation, it appears that any permission that once existed for this location no longer exists. Given this, I am archiving this cache listing to remove it from search pages.
