Light at the End of the Tunnel Mystery Cache

The cache is NOT @ the posted coordinates! 39 and 119 are given!

"If you can see light at the end of the tunnel, then you can see some signs of hope in the future, though things are difficult at the moment."

Just as the quote says, you will see a sign of hope ... IF you can solve the mystery of the numbers. The journey to the cache may be as difficult as you make it!

Take care when going to find the cache! The crossing may be slippery when wet! While retrieval of this cache could be done at anytime of the day, I highly encourage you to do this at night! It will make the cache name relavent!
