This Cache will bring you just past the front gates of the Wonthaggi Desalination plant.
The Brumby Government in there wisdom thought this once pristine coastline would be a great place to build a Desalination plant. We are all going to be paying for this thing for many many years to come.
You can get a pretty good look at the plant as you drive past the couple of entry points.
The cache is located on a walking track at the Williamson beach car park. Write your thoughts about it in logbook. There are table and chairs here if required and not far away is the beach. There is another cache located not far from here (pprass's No Salt) which will give you a look at the desal plant from another viewpoint.
You are looking for a 1.2 Lt Black sistema container with logbook and swaps.
