For those who travel this road as I have it would be good to have a little reward (a cache) along the way which can be found a short walk from the road.
The road past this cache may be closed in winter so check before you head out, especially if the cache is your only reason for travelling.
It can be done in 2WD. Trees can be blocking the road from time to time. Logging trucks use the road.
Prepare for any kind of weather (Alpine) at any time of the year.
Most of all, enjoy the journey.
