Le Menhir de Sauzes (ou menhir du pont d’Aubière) est visible au milieu d'une friche située au lieu-dit "le Pont-d'Aubière", non loin de la rue des Sauzes, dans la zone commerciale d’Aubière.
Souvent confondu avec la Pierre Piquée qui est une borne plantée aux confins des communes d’Aubière et de Romagnat : rue de Pourliat.
Ce menhir en granit date du néolithique, il a été inscrit aux monuments historiques le 1er Mars 1971. Ses dimensions : hauteur : 2,40 m, largeur : 1,50 m, épaisseur : 60 cm.

The Menhir of Sauzes (or menhir of Aubière's bridge) is visible in the middle of a wasteland located at a place called "the Aubière's bridge ", not far from the street of Sauzes, in the commercial area of Aubière.
Often confused with "la pierre piquée" which is a landmark planted on the commons border of Aubière and Romagnat: Pourliat street.
This granite menhir date from the Neolithic, it was listed as a historical monument on 1 March 1971. Its dimensions: height: 2.40 m, width: 1.50 m, thickness 60 cm.
