This cache is dedicated to our New Zealand friends, Valerie and John, whom we recently visited in sunny, warm, Christchurch, New Zealand. We even introduced them to geocaching while there, and they are now members.
It is a long but pleasant walk to the cache site. The container has been placed in an area with easy access, just off an old rail line.
The cache container is a large plastic ammo can, containing a N.Z. log book, an "All Blacks" N.Z. pen, and plenty of New Zealand souvenirs. We hope you enjoy finding this cache.
