Geocache Description:

Peanut butter container in the Natick, Massachusetts town forest.

This is Coolidge Hill. As a child I frequented this place for exploration and some great sledding in winter. From the summit you can see the steeples of several churches from downtown as well as hilly terrain of the surrounding Metrowest area.

Over the years the summit had a fair amount of abuse and vandalism. Broken bottles and trash where the norm.

On a recent return trip in my mid-age life, the hill has been cleaned up quite a bit. Heck, there are even trash cans at the summit. You can still see the legacy of abuse from the tiny specks of glass but overall I'm very happy for the change.

The Cache is a peanut butter container with a bunch of goodies and 50 cents to the FTF. There are various ways to get to the top of the hill, some easier than others. The posted coordinates will take you to a place to park on the street near the offical coolidge hill info post. The terrain can get rough at times so use caution. Please replace cache as found so it doesn't end up in the garbage.
