This cache has been archived.

Growly Bear: As this cache has been out of action for too long, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

This is the 4th of the series “Signs of the times” caches placed by us.

This Cache is placed on the Gordon Carmichael Reserve in Bethlehem.

PLEASE TAKE CARE WITH CHILDREN AS THERE IS WATER IN THIS AREA.

The GZ is in the middle of the car park due to the fact that even when it was raining quite hard there were still lots of muggles about so it made setting this one up very interesting.
Although GZ is the car park the cache won't be hard to find (Especially if you have done the other Sign of the times caches).

Although it should take less than an hour to find this cache you my be here for quite a while if you decide to explore this cool location.

Next to the car park there is a toilet block with really cool art work of Pukekos on the outside and nice tiles on the inside of native birds.

There is a playground here and when I asked our kids what they thought of the playground our 9 year old said “It's awesome and fun” our 7 year old said “It's cool” and not to be out done our 3 ½ year old said “It's wet” (Due to the weather).

Within the reserve there is an outdoor class room and a really nice walk over the boardwalk through the wetlands.

These days there seems to be more and more signs to let us know what we are able and not able to do but do we even take notice of the different signs around or do we just carry on past without a care in the world?

So what better spot to place a cache than Under, Over, In, In between, Around or near signs.

I know that this description doesn't give you much of a clue as to where this cache is placed at GZ but thats what makes Geocaching so much fun.

The cache is a 30 ml round container placed in a holder at the location.
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE HOLDER FROM THE LOCATION The cache just lifts out of it's holder.

The cache contains :
A Geocaching site note
A Log book

Please bring a pen or pencil to sign the log.

Please respect the environment and look after kids when looking for this cache. Thank you.
