This cache is located in Patriot Park on a relatively old fashion device

This is a highly highly buzy area at times so if stealth was ever needed this would be it. You will have to be creative when retrieving this cache so don't get caught.
But right now no stealth is needed its up to you when you go for it.
As the snow melts and the streams beging to run. And the umpier yells play ball the difficulty rating will go up on this cache.
