Geocache Description:

Cache is located near the Kansas-Nebraska border along Hiway 14. Stealth is advised and proper parking on the cut-off road can help with that. There is room for small trade items.

Although this cache is said to lie in Kansas and the rock road to the north of it is know as the "state line road" the coordinates reflect that it should be in Nebraska. The Kansas-Nebraska act of 1854 organized the northern Great Plains into the territories of Kansas and Nebraska and established their common border to lie at 40 degree North latitude. That line lies about 760 feet south of the cache so is the cache in Kansas or Nebraska. I chose Kansas because to me the cache site has always been in Kansas. Right or wrong?
