You are looking for a film canister size cache.
Sorry, there are no swaps here for the kids, but there is a nice playground where they can play while you look for the cache.
The area is safe being set in a nice, well looked after park with a good walking path through it. It's suitable for bike riding and walking the dog, as well as taking a stroll and geocaching and letting the kids have some playtime.
The cache hunt shouldn't take you too long so unless you are prepared to sit and give them more time they won't have long to play.
The cache should be able to be found even if there are kids at the playground. Obviously try NOT to look suspicious.
