What is a hobby? You need a hobby, it is crucial, because when the chips are down you need to drown you negativity, yet when the chips are up you need to keep it calm. Hobbies help us with that. I tell my boys and others "Find a Hobby" if school or you girl got you down just turn to your hobby and your mind will straighten things out.
This is a good place to start if you don't have a Hobbie. Don't worry if your poor they have pipe cleaners you can buy for 2.99 then bend them and make things, soon you will feel better. Please share your hobby in the log, not on the paper but here on-line. If your shy, just log it then, but I hope you got a hobby!
