There is parking near the first stage, you can park there or park on the side of the road near the path to the cache.
Stage 1: Go to coordinates. If you are naughty then you will pay the three digit price
Stage 2: Subtract the three digits from the last three numbers of the following : 41N 49.338; 72W 54.561 to get the final coordinates. Path was under construction at time of placement but is passable.
You can walk from Stage 1 to second stage , but recommend you drive as close as you can and park on the side of Commerce Dr.
