A small cashe hidden on the banks of the Little River in Wayne County, NC. This dynamic body of water is hidden gem for fly fishing & kayaking if not in drought/flood. Fortunately, it is too small for any other type of boat, making it a peaceful paddling and/or fishing experience. This cashe was created on Christmas, 2010 as a present to my parents who enjoy outdoor activities, are fellow kayakers & were the first to introduce me to Geocashing.

There is a footpath along the bank of the river. There is a vehicle pull off spot, so parking should not be an issue. I recommend a walking stick, long pants and closed toe shoes for comfort & safety. Please note that the river levels can fluctuate dramatically with potential flooding in Spring, so please plan accordingly. Be mindful for native critters & please place cashe back exactly as found so as not to be effected by the elements.
