A small park up a small hill that doesn't seem to get visited much. It's completely covered with a thick canopy of trees but looks lovely when the sun is shining through. There are 3 small benches that you can sit on to rest your legs and drink a beverage. It's very private and would make a good place to hold palaver with someone you care about without other ears listening. If you see any muggles here that would be surprising. The exact location is described in the hint. But look around first once you reach the top. The hardest part of finding this cache is finding the correct way up. There are a few different ways to go up but the best way is to find the Nagasawa Park sign and then head up the left trail after the fork.
Nearest train station is Keikyu Nagasawa. 5-10min walk. Then another 2-3mins to walk up the hill. Beware of the mosquitoes!
