AmblingFree: Archived because the friendly muggles have moved out. I've rescued the geocoin. Thanks for all the jokes over the years!

A small cache easily accessible from the road in the beautiful countryside around the Long Mynd
This cache is in the small hamlet of Asterton. You can do this as a cache and dash or as part of a longer circuit of caches along the Long Mynd. Parking is available for a couple of cars just by the cattle grid. The drive over the Burway from Church Stretton is lovely but not for the faint-hearted as it has narrow roads, steep hairpin bends and sheer drops to one side. It is also often closed during the winter.
When this cache was placed it had a selection of Christmas cracker treats. If you'd like to add your favourite cracker-style (i.e. bad!) joke into your log, we would enjoy that! To get you started here are a couple from our crackers:
Q: What do you call a woman who stands between two goal posts? A: Annette
Q: Why did the jockey take his saddle to bed? A: In case he had nightmares
P.S. Don't worry about the muggles in the house below - they are friendly!
